Jessie "Tiny" Sisneroz, 86, of Modesto, CA passed away peacefully at her home Monday, August 21 from natural causes. Born in Fresno, CA on October 30, 1930 to her parents Edward and Susie Torres, Jessie was the second of 10 children.

After spending her early childhood in the Central Valley, the Torres family moved to Oakland where Jessie graduated from Castlemont High School in 1948. Four years later, Jessie married and started a family of her own with the addition of Cheryl Turner of Greenwood, AR; Rick Williams of Penn Valley, CA; Roxanne Leon of Fremont, CA; Charmaine Sutphin of Modesto, CA; and Jeff Williams of Hayward, CA.

In 1971, Jessie married Gill Sisneroz and welcomed three children to the family: Donnie Sisneroz, Christine Mitchell and Michelle Vines.

During her long life, Jessie lived in San Leandro and Union City, CA, and worked in San Francisco for the IRS as an auditor. With the experience gained at the IRS, Jessie later opened a Tax Service business of her own. After several years as a business owner and consultant, Jessie retired and moved to Stockton, CA.

When she wasn't doing tax returns for friends and family, one could always find Jessie at a family gathering or weekend barbeque, socializing with those around her. With a laugh that was uniquely hers, Jessie loved playing cards and dominos, listening to Mexican music - especially Eydie Gorme - singing and enjoying life. Most of all, Jessie loved spending time with the family, showcased by the many pictures of her grandchildren hanging on her office wall.

Jessie is survived by her husband Gill, five brothers, Richard, Larry, Bobby, Reggie and Jerry Torres and one sister; Hope Prestella.

Jessie also leaves behind 23 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren, and a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, two brothers, David and Louie Torres; sister Becky Torres; son Donnie and granddaughter Donna Olacio.
